Jahrbuch Sozialer Protestantismus

Die Veröffentlichung der FORUM-Studie hat das erschreckend hohe Ausmaß an sexualisierte Gewalt auch in den evangelischen Kirchen und der Diakonie deutlich gemacht. Die Studie hat die Kirchen und nicht zuletzt die Theologie aufgefordert, pro-aktiv ihre spezifischen Perspektiven in die weitere Erforschung der Thematik einzubringen. Der vorliegende Band ist ein solcher Versuch, in welchem in Aufnahme der FORUM-Studie historische, theologisch-systematische, pastoraltheologische und handlungsorientierte Beiträge publiziert sind, die insbesondere genuin protestantische Konstellationen untersuchen, welche sexualisierte Gewalt ermöglicht und deren Aufarbeitung erschwert oder sogar verhindert haben.

The publication of the FORUM study has made clear the shockingly high level of sexualized abuse in the Protestant churches and the diakonia. The study called on the churches, and not least theology, to proactively bring their specific perspectives into further research into the topic. The present volume is such an attempt, in which historical, theological-systematic, pastoral-theological and action-oriented contributions are published, which in particular examine genuinely Protestant constellations that have made sexualized abuse possible and made it more difficult or even impossible to cope this problem.
