This book is intended to serve as a medium for dissemination of scientific and technical information emanated from research on flood predictions and estimation of rainfall characteristics to the world. This will go a long way in encouraging people to involve in efficient planning and provision of control measures for solving numerous flooding problems facing live and properties of the people in the world at large.
