This book has nine chapters which cover about general introduction about Entrepreneurship, small business, developing a business plan, legal form of an ownership, product and service concept, marketing and new venture development, organizing and financing the new venture, managing growth and transaction and financial plan. Entrepreneurship is the manifest ability and willingness of individuals, on their own or in group to perceive(notice) and create new economic opportunities (new products, new production methods, new organizational schemes and new product-market combinations) and to introduce their ideas in the market. Small businesses are common in many countries, depending on the economic system in operation. A business plan is a comprehensive set of guidelines for a new venture.
