Interorganizational Partnerships: Leadership Structures and Processes

The subject matter of this book covers diverse theoretical perspectives of leadership, structures, and processes in interorganizational partnerships. The book introduces a new leadership dimension called ¿Circular Model of Interorganizational Leadership¿ that highlights simultaneous functioning of vertical and horizontal leadership. This model emerged from the empirical research conducted in the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States (ABEGS) from the Arabian Gulf region.
