International legal health protection

The study focuses on the international legal health protection in the Russian Federation and the European Union, namely in Germany and France. The subject of the study is the norms of international and national law in matters of health protection and the provision of qualified medical care.The work is based on a systematic approach to the mechanism of international legal health protection in the Russian Federation and the member states of the European Union. The formal-legal, comparative-legal, and logical methods were used in the study to conduct a systematic analysis of health protection problems.The work reveals the mechanisms of granting the constitutional right to health protection, methods of realization of the right to health protection, problems of realization of this right and proposals to improve the health care system in the Russian Federation.
