International Law, Climate Change and Bangladesh

This book explores the possibilities and scope of facilitating Bangladesh’s battle against climate change with regard to relevant international legal instruments, as well as national laws and policies. The Post-Paris global climate regime considers adaptation, mitigation, climate finance, technology transfer, capacity building, and compensation for losses and damage associated with climate change as essential tools for combating it.
