Integration Through Law and the European Union

‘Integration through crises’ has shaped European integration for years. However, this would not be possible without the binding nature of European law. Based on the theoretical approach of ‘integration through law’, this volume offers both political and legal perspectives to enable a better understanding of European integration processes.
