Integration of Lean & sustainable construction for residential project

This research study is based on lean and sustainable construction integration for residential projects with consideration of triple bottom line approach (economic, environmental and social). It covers the concepts of lean and sustainable management and linkage areas between them. A conceptual framework for integration of lean and sustainable tools to improve performance of residential projects with consideration of triple bottom line approach is been outlined. Present study also measures the influence of different tool's implementation in residential project, derived from conceptual framework. This work is of interest to practitioners because they can build upon from this study to implement these tools, which can ultimately lead to performance improvement concerning environmental, economic and social dimensions.
