Management is the act of carrying out actions that lead to the realisation of proposed objectives and goals. School management encompasses the tasks that organisational units have, such as preparing and implementing pedagogical proposals, managing personnel and material resources. Evaluation is a fundamental reflection exercise for all people. And it applies to all facets of our lives: from professional to social and personal. Knowing how to evaluate oneself is an enriching but very difficult skill. Teaching refers to a profession in which teachers are continually discovering, incorporating and applying new and more effective skills and knowledge about student development and learning. Teaching does not mean just reproducing knowledge, it represents a continuous process of constructing and reconstructing knowledge. For a teacher to teach, it is not enough just to know learning theories, it is necessary to understand learning processes, which will enable him/her to establish a way to teach.
