Innovative Practices for a Better Work Climate

This work tries to demonstrate in a practical way how to use harmoniously, on the one hand, so that the professionals of clinical psychology have a powerful tool in family therapy and that serves to improve the work climate of organizations, and on the other hand, organizational psychologists, find new strategies and other innovative alternatives, in improving the work climate, which is not necessarily training, education and training of personnel, if not, resort to other processes such as; emotional salary, family responsible policies, CSR Corporate Social Responsibility or other similar, to "achieve" important changes in the families and in the collaborators that conform and that in turn, are a fundamental part of the companies in this XXI century.
