This book addresses three common contemporary injection therapies for the management of lateral epincondylgia, particularly in chronic cases. Basically, it is a comprehensive systematic review included the most recent and highly ranked RCTs that addressed the three injections (Corticosteroid, autologus blood and platelet rich plasma injections). It was concluded that CSI has no effect on the chronic cases. ABI and PRP have resulted in comparable results and we could not find justification for the cost of PRP when compared with ABI.
