I was shocked to have not found my car in front of a hostpital one hour after parking it in the lot right next to the security post! It was in 2008 and I had driven the car to the hospital where my brother had been under doctor's supervision months before his migration to Europe. It was a crisis that I felt had dawned upon me and my family in the most unanticipated moment. I thought of all the ways I could have prevented the theft, only after the loss had been made.
