Information and Communication Technology is a diverse set of technological tools and resources used to communicate, and to create, disseminate, store, and manage information. chapter first consists of justification of the present study, Influence of the computer based learning, computer based instructions and teacher centered teaching learning process definition of the terms used, objectives and hypotheses of the study and the delimitation of the study have been discussed. chapter second consists of the survey of computer based learning, computer based instructions and teacher centered teaching. chapter third described research design. It deals with the criterion responsible for the selection of a method, method of the research, universe of the present study, sample of the present study, variables involved, tools used, data collection and statistical techniques used. Chapter four is concerned with analysis and interpretation of the collected data. Chapter Five is concerned with conclusion, implications and recommendations for future use.
