Importance Of Informal Learning Over Formal Education

Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.. By separating subjects and categorizing them we have created hierarchies of education and devalued other forms of learning. The detachment that is created by this process of compartmentalized education places us no where in the interconnected world and hence we have been unable to build bridges to approach, get to know and understand each other. Education is about creating a vision towards a model of teamwork ¿a radical change towards interconnectedness. Is it possible to understand each individual personality and have his or her part of life into the group through one method, one tool ,one activity? The answer can be various interactive, participative, flexible activities which takes care of individual desires, cultural background, dignity and personality.
