Implementation Aspects of Right to Education in India

Right to Education was one of the most important amendments made to date, 2002 this provision was there in Part IV of the Indian Constitution under Article 45, after the amendment the provision was broken into two parts, one shifted in the part III under Article 21A and the Fundamental right, and the other one shifted to the Chapter IVA under Article 51A(k) as the Fundamental Duty of the parents. In Miss Mohini Jain Case it was first recognized by the Supreme Court of India As the fundamental Right, later in Unni Krisnan Case this established a strong base and also mentioned that ¿The Right to Live with Human Dignity¿ includes the ¿Right to Education at the very instance.
