IMPACT OF ABSENTEEISM

The research evaluates the decrease of absenteeism in the Agricultural Board of Puno, which influenced and reflected in the phases of the 2021 cycle, which shows an excused percentage of physical and mental absence. Where good work instructions would have a great impact on the efficiency of the cycle phases of the Department of Agriculture - Punishment. In 2021, the company will experience deficiencies in its overall procurement, as labor shortages target logistics, accounting and finance staff, which will delay procurement. It also creates great instability in the event of a sudden stoppage of the public sector workforce, collapse of supply chains, so it is likely that the lack of spending of the budget allocated to the entity will have consequences that are not beneficial, because there will be cuts made next year. The general objective of this study is to know the effect of absenteeism on the phases of the DRA-P consumption cycle in the period 2021. Bibliographic-documentary sources are used to achieve the objectives of this work; bibliographic records and a questionnaire are used to collect data for the study.
