Follow me on my journey to charming Alberta in Western Canada. Surrounded by a lovely mountainscape, the Icefields Parkway meanders through the breathtaking national parks of Jasper and Banff. This part of the Highway 93 is located in Alberta right on the border of British Columbia. On my tour I cover a distance of 230 kilometers through the ranges of the Rocky Mountains, passing the massive Columbia Icefield with Mount Athabasca. I look around and admire numerous lakes, deep canyons, dark green coniferous forests and high peaks with glaciers.
