Hybrid Topology Design for Improving Network Performance

There are issues about the efficiency and reliability of internet services in many University Campuses. In particular, the Universities recently established in Nigeria, one of which is Plateau State University Bokkos has been facing a lot of internet connectivity problems. The key cause of such poor connectivity would include network topology flaws, which will need major attention as nothing would work without it in place. Employing the services of Technical experts have been offering only application of experiences and other trials and errors methodology. Hence the research and design approach put into tackling this issue, which include a defined design procedure, choice of performance parameters for design evaluation would help Researchers and Technical Experts in computer networks in tackling similar problems across the globe more appropriately.
