Human capital. Russia

A comprehensive study of human capital is a fundamental scientific problem. This is due to the fact that the socio-economic development of the country largely depends on the quality of human capital, which is a strategic resource for the development of all spheres of society.In modern economic conditions human capital plays one of the key roles in achieving economic growth, representing the potential for the implementation of innovations, creation of high technologies, development of scientific and technological progress.
