Hard tissue considerations around dental implants

Dental implants have transformed the provision of dental treatment since Branemark. A requirement for the placement of dental implants on human jaws is the availability of enough bone volume. This book contains socket preservation and ridge augmentation, radiographic evaluation of the alveolar ridge, guidelines to preserve hard tissue during extraction, factors lead to hard tissue deficiencies, ridge split and ridge expansion, distraction osteogenesis, guided bone regeneration, nerve repositioning, sinus lift procedures and how all these factors effect on hard tissue around the dental implant and how to improve results by correcting them. So I got encouraged to write my library dissertation on the matter of hard tissue consideration around dental implants.
