Urine is the waste product of the body and removed from the body. But urine can inform us about the deformalities in the body by analysis of the urine sample. The urine will show deformalities by changing in colour, odour, appearance. Urinalysis consists of all physical, chemical and microscopic studies of the urine. Prepare the different agar medium plates. Grow thw bacteria from the urine sample and then many tests are performed on that plates.
