The subsequent chapter explains the smart grid network architecture and technologies separately with respect to generation, transmission and distribution side. Performance and stability analysis explains about various electrical parameters which are needed to be considered while implementing smart grid. The last chapter explains wide range of smart grid applications. Each chapter is provided with references and review questions for the benefit of the user.
