Girls'' Education as Fredom? Elementary education dramatically enhances girls'' skills and understanding leading to an increased level of Capability. Despite such enhanced Capability, girls are unable to control the direction of their own lives.Girls require additional resources in terms of societal suppport, assured livelihood and working systemic networks to achieve a state of effective freedom and well being.
