Gestational weight gain, Parity and Neonatal birth weight

This book is attempting to focus on an aspect of pregnancy. On focusing a part of pregnancy, the gestational weight gain in different BMI grp pregnant women and its effect on neonatal birth weight was studied with effect of parity on neonatal birth weight. The sociological factors and habitat are also closely considered for betterment for utilizing the changes in ultrasonographic and hematological parameters in 2nd and 3rd trimester. An observational study. Patient came regularly to ANC check up throughout pregnancy and admitted for delivery in hospital. Ultrasonographic and hematological tests are done at 2nd and 3rd trimester to evaluate problems. The study found that Pre-pregnancy BMI is contributed to the gestational weight gain. Also, there is correlation of the gestational weight gain and parity with neonatal birth weight. For good pregnancy proper antenatal care, exercises and proper antenatal care, exercises and proper diet are required. The data has been compiled in such a way to feel it as ¿ready to use¿.
