There is a growing need for a powerful simulator that encompasses the most of quantum computing ideas, while retaining simplicity and ease of use. The simplicity can be achieved by choosing appropriate modern programming language for implementation, writing a clear readable code, flexibility of using it quantumly or classically , providing better visualization methods, providing case-studies and examples, you name it.
