Discrimination against women exists in various sectors like education, career choices, health sector, employment and labour market. Albeit, there are various movements against the marginalization of women in African societies. This study is examined gender imbalance with a major focus on comparing and analysing the situation in the two selected countries of study which are Nigeria and Ghana.
