Framework On Stakeholders' Management

The construction industry is the major sector where public and private developers are investing a huge amount of budget. The industry has complexity in its nature because it contains a large number of stakeholders such as clients, contractors, consultants, regulators and others. Poor stakeholder¿s management can lead to many serious problems in construction projects. Based on this, the aim of this thesis is to study stakeholders¿ management aspect related to project success: within the context of Gondar City. Mixed research design was employed. Both primary and secondary sources of data were used. Questionnaire, Field rating, document review was used & unstructured interview was used for data collection. Reliability and validity tests was employed. Purposive sampling was used to select the sample. Analysis was done by SPSSv. 20. Descriptive statistics which include percentage, graph and tables were used to present the data. Linear correlation was used to test the hypothesis designed for the study. The main recommendations of this research is the management team in the Gondar city should use the proposed framework for managing the construction stakeholders for project success.
