For a better understanding of environmental protection

A collection of new ideas that allow a better understanding of planetary environmental protection are commented in separate chapters. The concept Natural Vitale Atmospheric Calotte is presented as the small planetary space where man can live freely naturally without help. The fourth planetary environment element, together with water, air and earth, represented by the planet's natural physical fields, is identified.
