For economically inactive women who are unable to work due to domestic responsibilities, working from home as a virtual assistant is an attractive option to reconcile domestic responsibilities with work life. In addition, for women who want to work from home, the support of an experienced guide is invaluable. They can guide start-ups and become partners in potential businesses in the future. However, it is important that these guides update their practical knowledge and develop themselves in line with current knowledge, with this approach one of the important aims of this book is to provide useful information to guides. Another aim is to provide start-ups with effective and practical information and to show them ways to establish productive relationships with guides.This book, compiled from the results of the Erasmus+ project has been granted by the European Commission and adopting a women-oriented approach, focuses on economically inactive women who cannot work due to their domestic responsibilities and experienced women who guide them.We hope this book will be a practical and useful reference for guides and women who want to work from home as virtual assistants.
