This book is based on two essential and, in the opinion of the author, interconnected elements: strategy and organizational culture. It shows how to develop a student-based business consultancy that is ready to prosper in the age of turbulence. The book follows the strategic process and it consists of brand new and unique concepts developed by the author - the key one is called 'Learning-based value generator'(LBVG). This LBVG model is a new model developed on a base of Value chain analysis model in order to cope with constant changes as well as to suit a service-based industry nature. You can use this book as a generic guidebook on how to follow the strategic process as well as how to establish a truly self-developing and customer-oriented consultancy. The author is using a practical example of Prague and one of the private schools in order to illustrate the strategic process.
