Farmers' Training Centers (FTCs)

Agriculture in developing countries plays a major role to enhance the income of majority of the people that are found in the rural areas. Nevertheless; due to the fact that lack of rural infrastructures, irregularity of rainfall, back ward way of production practices, soil degradation problems, and low level of capacity building activities rural development could not be transferred to industrialization as required as possible. For that matter, to alleviate such challenges, each and every improved agricultural technology is expected to be available at rural villages through the local level institutions known as Farmers¿ Training Centers (FTCs). Many agricultural researches have been concerned about the impact of the contribution of development actors who are involved with that of rural institutions. This book, therefore, provides new further information for those policy makers, strategic planners, and agricultural analysts, so as to improve further related tasks in relation to rural development with regard to Farmers¿ Training Centers.
