Time management is very precious as the most important element of success for individuals, groups, and the organizations, which plays a very crucial role in determining their performance in general on which it lays on, moreover, the higher the TMP the higher the employees and staff productivity which leads to the improvement of the organizations' products and services quantitatively and qualitatively, which in turn increase its profits and assure its managerial and financial sustainability. Briefly, the researcher came to the conclusion that there is a dialectical relationship between time management and the institutional performance, as the time management level increased, the organizational performance increased and promoted too and visa versa, this relationship is a direct correlation between time management and institutional performance, as well as the proper investment in time and the utilization of it, optimize the productivity of employees, leads to a good and systematic investment of the available resources in the organization which improves the overall of its performance and help to achieve its objectives and ensure its sustainability.
