For many years women have always tried to come up with ways of empowering themselves financially. this has led to many of them coming together and starting income generating projects. Unfortunately women face many challenges in their groups. The challenges they face include management skills, accounting, bookkeeping techniques among others. This has led to them having limited access to credit facilities from banks and other financial institutions. There level of education being a major challenge to their development plans. This book, therefore, provides new enlightenment to women groups by providing an insight information on how the women group projects can be empowered and benefit the projects by ensuring that they succeed in the groups that they start.
