The work includes a simulation on the effect of baffles on improving the performance of hollow fiber membrane distillation, experimental evaluation of flat sheet direct contact membrane distillation, and an experimental investigation on a novel hybrid Multi Effect Distillation ¿ Membrane Distillation (MED-MD) system driven by solar energy.
