This book experimentally investigates the effect of output parameters of through micro hole by varying operating parameters of Micro Electro Discharge Machining (ì-EDM) process. Analysis of Variance process is used for finding out optimum values of output parameters. During Experiments, drilling process is performed on Carbide material by varying operating parameters like Current, Pulse ON time and Pulse OFF time. The effect of these operating parameters is checked on output parameters like taperness, MRR and TW and overcut. Finally the results are analyzed by using ANOVA process.
