The Work book is designed to provide students with core Statistical skills necessary to support their accurate manipulation and interpretation of numerical data and enhance the essential analytical & managerial skills to support an accurate and sound approach to decision making. Statistical knowledge helps you use the proper methods to collect the data, employ the correct analyses, and effectively present the results. Statistics is a crucial process behind how we make discoveries in science, make decisions based on data, and make predictions. To this end students will be provided with an introduction to the basic tools of statistics essential for a proper understanding of Economics and Business courses within the Management both in the first and subsequent years of study. Students will have the opportunity to practice the application of the analytical and quantitative skills through the medium of selected topics that are developed and analyzed in depth. We want to make a difference in the lives of our students through content knowledge, demonstration and participation of why Statistics is crucial in this world!
