The main aim of the thesis is an optimalization of evaluative criterias which are the base for the decision of project cofinancing from Regional operational programme. There were chosen criterias which have the most influence of success of dotation allocation and directly influence successful finish of project physical realization. The partial aim is to polemize, if by implementation of programme are fulfilled indicators of National strategic referential framework which is fundamental document for operational programmes'' implementation in the Czech republic.
