Migration poses frequent and significant problems for those who undertake it and for European Union Citizens.This book is a result of researches of Jean Monnet Module "EU - Diversity, Citizenship and Solidarity under Migration Pressure. From Learning to e-Learning" (600592-EPP-1-2018-1-RO-EPPJMO-MODULE) a short teaching programme in the field of European Union studies at a higher education institution."EU - Diversity, Citizenship and Solidarity under Migration Pressure. From Learning to e-Learning" adopts an interdisciplinary approach, with the particular focus on administrative sciences and legal studies perspectives, in concordance with the mission of the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration, the beneficiary of the project, that of the governing school and the training of specialists in essential areas of society, thus contributing to national and European transformations in the spirit of democratic values and principles.
