Environmental Law

This book offers an overview of environmental law from both an international and regional perspective, focusing on global issues while at the same time offering uniquely African insights. The book addresses environmental issues, principles, and policies from the standpoints of law and management.

There is a growing need for books on environmental law that integrate environmental issues, principles and policies in a single source to guide practitioners in the fields of environmental studies and environmental law.
