Environmental ethics and world peace: these are the issues that led to this reflection. Indeed, the environmental crisis, with all the damage it is causing, needs to be rethought, with the aim of promoting life in humanity. Involving ethics in reflection on the environment is a reassuring and confident way of confronting man with his responsibilities in the use of the earth's resources, necessarily implying rational management. Such an omen can bring about peace on a global scale, as the crisis is a global one. Human life on earth depends on this rational and ethical use of the environment. This essay is addressed to environmental researchers, students and humanitarians working in NGDOs.
