Entrepreneurial Business Plan

According to the study done, the creation of a cocoa farming business in the province of Ituri in the DRC is a successful project. We have confirmed the assumptions formulated at the beginning of this study by recommending a follow-up approach to the security situation during the implementation of the activities. In the first place, we did a market study, in which the analysis of environmental factors helped to understand how business environmental factors could influence the project, considering the geographic location, the land tenure in place, and the security situation in the region. In second place, we did a feasibility study of the creation of the cocoa farming business. In that section, we developed the project structure, the technical description of the project with detailed activities, and the financial plan to determine the amount needed for the startup of the project. Finally, in order to objectively measure the effectiveness of the business, the financial analysis of the project uses the following tools: VPN, IRR, break-even, and SWOT were determinant elements of the project evaluation.
