Enhancing Leadership Performance Through Soft Skills

This book is about the impact of an Integrated Servant Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Competencies Model on managerial leadership competence development programme aimed at building leadership soft skills that would enhance managerial leadership performance in various sectors. The book is based on the study findings undertaken in Zimbabwe's Banking Sector during the period 2013-2016 based on doctoral studies with the University of KwaZulu-Natal (South Africa).
