Human face plays a major role in our society, conveying human identification. Biometric face realization technology uses the face as a key to security, has received large attention up to now , as a result of its broad variety of purposes in each law and non-regulation enforcement. It is a computer application that robotically identifies and verifies a character from a digital picture or a video by way of analyzing and evaluating patterns. This is performed by evaluating selected facial elements from the photograph with the portraits in a facial database. Face recognition technology is the fastest emerging technology on biometrics. It works with an individual identifier - the human face. Instead of demanding the people to place their hand on a reader or precisely position their eye in front of a scanner, face recognition systems take the images of people¿s faces as they enter a defined area. The author focused mainly on Machine Learning algorithms in face recognition system.
