women empowerment is possible through Self Help Groups in Universal phenomena. Self Help Groups to form and only concern of the group members. It lead to increases coordination and cooperation among the group members. The Self Help Group members make a small savings for every month and they can satisfy whatever need required to them. The Self Help Groups shall be provide financial assistance ,knowledge and managerial skills and getting them sense of empowerment. The Government of India and Government of Andhra Pradesh to create and supply credit facilities for the development of women in time to time. The maximum number of women to succeeded to employability and women entreupenurship. Thus the present study is to cover Empowerment of Rural Women through Self Help Groups - A comparative Study of Nellore and Chittoor Districts of Andhra Pradesh.
