Employees Attitude - A Case Study of Marathwada University

This book will help reader to understand attitude of employees in the university organizations. It has systematically explained the concept of attitude change being practiced in day today corporate life. This is a research book based on the work carried out in the universities of Marathwada region of Maharashtra. The opinion of Teaching and Non Teaching respondents were recorded in the findings. The collected data from 70 respondents were systematically tabulated, presented through graphs and interpreted to draw some meaningful conception related to Attitude. It has also focused on employees¿ job satisfaction level, job involvement and organization commitment.
