EIA Study For Infrastructure Upgrades In African Nature Reserves

Yankari Game Reserve is a large wildlife park located in Bauchi State, in northeastern Nigeria It covers an area of about 2,244 square kilometers and is home to several natural warm water springs, as well as a wide variety of flora and fauna. Its location in the heartland of the West African savanna makes it a unique way for tourists and holidaymakers to watch wildlife in its natural habitat. The Wikki Camp, which includes lodging for tourists and visitors as well as auxiliary services like a museum of animal trophies, park administration tools, thermal springs, etc., takes up around 77 hectares inside the park. It is home to the remaining Elephants and Lions in Nigeria. It is under the management of Bauchi State Government. the Yankari Game Reserve (YGR) Infrastructure Upgrade Project (¿the Project¿) ¿ that will cater for visitors, ensuring that facilities within the YGR meet the expectations of visitors now and in the future.
