Efficiency: Using Instructional Resources in Public Schools in Kenya

Instructional resources which are educational inputs are very vital and play a key role in the process of teaching and learning. They help reduce abstraction and make discovered facts glued firmly to the memory of students. Proper use of these resources has a significant effect on academic performance and help to improve student performance. However, stagnating performance in public primary schools raises concern on the use of these resources.
