It is about writing about the ART of psychotherapy. This implies a solid professional training and "being oneself in the context of therapy", with our subjectivity, family matrices and socio-cultural reality that crosses us. This book is a bridge of help to the other, which also gives us feedback as therapists and helps us to grow. One of the main objectives is that people are happier, and have tools to overcome obstacles to reach the development of their potential, to achieve the personal meaning of life.
