Effective Pedagogical Management and Successful International Teaching

The aim of this book is to portray how international pedagogical innovations serve as a vital key to not only solving every ¿ day problems that occur in the classroom, but to also engage and enhance the learning atmosphere in the classroom as well. In addition, we will compare the similarities and differences between the learning and teaching styles in the American educational system and the Latvian educational system. In fact, how specific ideas or innovations in one system can very successful but may need improvements in a different educational system or many not work at all. Furthermore, how to implement successful university level teaching style with high school students. Moreover, we will also discuss the risk involved with introducing and implementing a pedagogical innovation in a different educational system, the risk with introducing and transforming university level courses and teaching styles with high school students, and most important of all, how to manage these risks.
