Effective Leadership and Communication Model

The book is a leadership research done as a study on Effective Leadership and Communication Model: For Organizational Development among Nigerian ECWA Leaders. This book identified, analyzed, and scrutinized objectively one out of many problems within the Evangelical Church Winning All, especially in Nigeria and other churches within African. This book is a result of my research as a leadership student to find out why most of our church leaders are not effective in communication. Those who will approach this book with an open mind will realize that effective leadership development is as a result of proper communication within the organizational leaders to the congregation. Readers will be encouraged that the usage of the following models will enhance the communication skills of the members of ECWA: Normal, Informal, Opinion, Cognitive, and Emotional communication skills. The major findings indicate that the socio-organizational experience and participation within the Multicultural organization as the effective leadership communication process which will enhance the connection of the reality of the ultimate purpose of God¿s intention.
